Welcome to AI Factory Labs. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully because they govern your use of our website (aifactorylabs.io) and our suite of AI agents and software platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Factory Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our website (aifactorylabs.io) and our suite of AI agents (e.g., AirSafeAI, AMLSafeAI, SEAT).
1. The Parties
“We,” “Us,” “Our”: AI Factory Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered Office: 160 Kemp House, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. “Customer,” “You”: The business entity or individual entering into this agreement.
2. Usage & License
2.1 License Grant Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
2.2 Restrictions You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of our Agents.
- Use the Services to build a competitive product.
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or to generate content that violates third-party rights.
3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
3.1 Nature of AI You acknowledge that the Services utilize Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). These technologies are probabilistic, meaning output may vary across identical inputs.
3.2 Accuracy & “Human in the Loop” While we strive for high precision (RAG-based citation), AI can hallucinate or produce inaccurate results. You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Output before using it.
- You will not rely solely on the Services for critical decision-making without human review.
- AI Factory Labs is not liable for errors, omissions, or “hallucinations” in the generated Output.
3.3 No Professional Advice Our Agents (including AMLSafeAI and AirSafeAI) provide information processing, not professional advice. The Services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or engineering advice. You should consult a qualified professional before taking action based on the Output.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Data You retain all rights, title, and interest in the documents and data you upload (“Customer Data”). We claim no ownership over your proprietary information.
4.2 Ownership of Output Unlike many consumer AI tools, we assign to you all right, title, and interest in the Output generated by the Services for your specific inputs. You are free to use, publish, or sell the Output as you see fit.
4.3 Our IP AI Factory Labs retains all rights to the underlying software, agents, workflows, RAG architectures, and pre-existing templates used to generate the Output.
5. Fees & Payment
- Subscriptions: Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Due to the high computational costs of running AI models, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits.
6. Confidentiality & Data Sovereignty
We agree to treat your Customer Data as Confidential Information. We will not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties, except as required to provide the Service (e.g., passing encrypted tokens to our LLM provider, Microsoft Azure) or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Cap on Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of AI Factory Labs for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7.2 Indirect Damages We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms (e.g., by attempting to hack our API or using the AI for illegal content generation).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
